WOD 283

5-3-2-1-1 Back Squat with Max. Dead Hang Pull Ups

50%, 75%, 85%, 90-95%, 1 RM

In each round, there was 2 minutes between each set of Back Squats and Dead Hang Pull Ups.

Back Squat:
5 @ 115 lbs.
3 @ 155 lbs.
1 @ 225 lbs.
1 @ 245 lbs.
1 @ 265 lbs. (Failed)
