GOAT Day - Injured

I tore up my knee helping some friends move so I couldn't do the WOD. I decided to focus on a movement which I hadn't been able to master and one which didn't involve much bending of the knee. My entire workout consisted of doing the kipping pull-up until I felt comfortable doing it. Over the span of the hour, I did 105 kipping pull-ups. Although I never did a WOD, this is possibly the most pivotal day of CrossFit for me... from this point on, all of my workouts which involved pull-ups will be done properly and prescribed with no jumping pull-ups.
