WOD 438

After a long hiatus due to injuries (softball - hamstring, football - calf, dodgeball - ankle), I had my first WOD in quite some time.

Shoulder Press:
3 @ 75 lbs.
3 @ 95 lbs.
3 @ 95 lbs.

Push Jerk:
5 X 2 @ 95 lbs.

3 Rounds:
20 Wall Balls
20 Kettle Bells
10 Box Jumps
